The Posidonia Show in Athens, Greece, was a smashing success. With over 40,000 attendees and 2800 exhibitors, it was the place to be. This being our first time exhibiting under the U.S. Pavilion with the full support of the U.S. Embassy was awesome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from this show. The isles were full of Greek Shipowners and excitement. It was a great opportunity to showcase how All Marine supports our clients and their vessels worldwide while building new relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
Our booth stayed busy with visitors all week, and we were happy to have the support of Teddy P., Tyler P., Capt. Gregoris Papastefanopoulos (Our founder’s godfather) and his son, Dimitri Papastefanopoulos all representing All Marine Spares. We decided to bring a piece of Americana for one of our giveaway prizes in the form of the Wiffle Ball and Bat. It was a big hit, no pun intended. Finally, congratulations to Ioanna K., who was our Grand Prize Winner and took home the Apple AirPods Pro 3! Ioanna is an upcoming graduate of the University of the Aegean, and we are thrilled to celebrate her as our grand prize winner.
We are grateful to everyone who visited our booth, participated in our giveaways, and took the time to connect with our team throughout the week. Thank you again to everyone who made this year’s Posidonia such a success—we look forward to seeing you again at future maritime events.

Our President Ted Panourgias is a member of the Korean-American Oil & Gas Engineers Association (KOEA) and attended the 21st Annual Forum in 2024 “Innovation in Global Energy”. There was a presentation on Technology in Global Shipping by ABS SVP Patrick Ryan and another presentation by Irlan Amir, Director of Geothermal at SLB focused on “New Energy Challenges and Innovations at SLB”. Both presentations were on extremely relevant subjects like Alternative Fuels and Carbon Capture and the Industry’s stance on same.

All Marine was happy to attend the “Oil and Guns” Party for Charity offered by NextGen. All Marine made a substantial donation to the cause while at the same time enjoying the festivities. NextGen is a nonprofit created to help students obtain scholarship funding to attend trade schools. NextGen also provides mentorship programs, help with finding jobs while enrolled in school, and assists the students to locate jobs in trade occupations. Target job markets include: oil & gas, energy transition, renewable and industrial.

All Marine goes for a road trip to visit Geoje Island and the largest Shipbuilder in the world, Hanwha Ocean. Our trip was made even more spectacular when we were invited in for formal meetings between All Marine and Hanwha to see how we may support them on this side of the world. We are very happy to meet and visit such an impressive shipyard which includes the worlds largest 1-million-ton Dock and boasting the Guiness Book of world records largest Crane in the world, A 900 million Ton Crane !

Here are some great pictures of some of the events we attended along with some new and old friends we networked with during OTC 2023. We were very happy to attend the Canadian – Texas Chamber of Commerce gathering in Houston as we are also active in our own CT Chamber of Commerce. It was nice to network with some like minded individuals and get to know more people who were in attendance from OTC. We were also very happy to attend the “Oil and Guns” Party for Charity offered by NextGen. All Marine was happy to make a substantial donation to the cause while at the same time enjoying the festivities. Lastly, our President Ted Panourgias is a member of the Korean-American Oil & Gas Engineers Association (KOEA) and attended the 20th Annual Forum in 2023 “Energy Security & New Energy”. The presentation was extremely relevant to the times and shined a light on future visions of Koreas leaders in the Energy sector.

All Marine was happy to attend the “Discover Global Market: The Blue Economy” gathering in Providence, Rhode Island. This well attended event was brought to us by our friends at the U.S. Commercial Service under the U.S. Dept. of Commerce. The Conference was busy with people coming from 40 different States and 20 different countries…
The Conference was focused mainly on pairing clean technologies, sustainability, and logistics with economic growth towards industries that rely on and protect our oceans, inland waterways and Great Lakes. Many manufacturers were there representing Offshore Wind Power, Hydrogen Fuel cell technology and more.
